Lunch

Today i have my favorite food for lunch. Its called Mie Ayam in Indonesian language or chicken noodle if translated into english. This is just like a regular noodle but we’ve added some cutlet chicken that has been flavored. I eat this with some veggies so that i can stay healthy.
What did you eat today for lunch/brunch/dinner?

@sophie09 That looks pretty delicious! I was asleep all day so missed out on lunch but when I woke up I had tomato soup with toast. To which I'd like to have another bowl of as I also missed dinner in a way.

Well i am trying to lose weight. I am over weight and i dont like it, so as much as possible i am trying to avoid carbs and eat a lot of proteins and promised to have aleast a good exercise each day. I am on my 3rd day.
