My friend has the same birthday as me.

My friend and I are born on the same day of the year, but in different years. I will be 51 years old and was born in 1968. I found out that my friend was born in 1951 and will be turning 68 years old.
I kind of like how this turned out. He will be turning 68 and that is the year I was born. I will be turning 51 and that is the year he was born,
Stuff like that does not happen to me very often. Have you noticed anything like that in your life?

That's rather neat. I guess that can only happen to you two once in your lives.
I only noticed this year that the ages of my sister and I have the same digits reversed - I'm 78 and she's 87. Then I worked out that, because there's 9 years difference, it has happened several times in the past. Just haven't noticed it before! (When I was 12, she was 21; when I was 23, she was 32 and so on).

@Scrapper88 It actually works for any two years in the same century. My mother was born in 1907 and I was born in 1940, so, in 1947, when she was 40, I was 7; my son was born in 1975, so in 2005, I was 75 and he was 40. It doesn't work across the century boundary, however.
