Physical exercise.

I did some exercise today and it felt great. I was feeling so bored, anxious and unenthusiastic about life. I tried thinking of anything during the day that could have made me feel stressed but I couldn't find anything. Then I decided to do some exercise and I was surprised how cheerful and enthusiastic I felt afterwards. Such a sweet feeling. If you are feeling stressed, try some exercise maybe it is not stress but your body telling you that you need some stretching.

I love it when I exercise. It makes me so alive and light. That is why I exercise everyday, for at least 20 minutes.
