This is up near Miwuk Village and Long Barn, not to fat from Pinecrest! This is all only a short drive from where I live, probably no more than a half an hour, but likely less!
I am in the heart of the Motherlodes, situated on the far side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, a short drive to Yosemite!

No, Yellowstone is nowhere near us, but we are planning on a trip to Yosemite!
