Is your workplace so quiet?

New company for almost 4 months.
But there is nearly no oral communication about work here!
Hardly bear it !
I would rather talk with co-workers about work!
But apparently they don't want to talk to each other. Weird and strange.
I know that keep quiet on workplace is a manner.
However, it is obviously so strange that no body talks.
They would rather communicate on social media.
A wordless atmosphere.

i work in a hospital ward so obviously we are noisy there.
