Does water helps us to be fit or to gain more weight when we drink lots of water? I'm really upset because some says that water can make our body more heavy/ gain weight and some says that it will help us to be fit.
I'm really upset on what side should I hear haha! Because when I drink lots of water I sweat like I have water falls in my body especially when I do some workouts then sometimes I really feel like bloated and a heavy body when I'm drinking lots of water.

If you drink a lot of water you'll get heavier, but it won't last. You'll just have to pee a lot. Some of it'll be used for the different liquids in your body, so if you're dehydrated you'll get heavier if you drink a lot. However, as there's no calories in water, there's nothing in it to produce muscle or fat so you can't gain weight that stays.
If you exercise a lot, you sweat more and need more water.

Over doing anything is bad. Just drink water moderately. I do not think water increases one's weight

I always drink lots of water because it is said to be good for the body, but I don't know it it makes us fat.
