It's so hot!

Lately temperatures have been spiking up. Weather forecast says that today and tomorrow are going to be the hottest days of the month, which is a bit of a problem for me because I have to go see my psychologist among other tasks.
It's going to be reaching 41°C (105.8°F).
Unfortunately I cannot use the car, so I'll have to take several buses.
I'm going to be wearing light flowy clothes, bring tons of water, my spf and a large brimmed hat. Perhaps a hand fan too.
Do you have any tips and tricks to teach me? Are you going to be in the sun too?

The only Funda I am going with is to drink lots of water to keep myself hydrated.
We are facing serious issue here due to heat.. 
Here is 36 C.
