Every one is entitled to at least an eccentricity. Mine is enjoying full blast high-packed action movies. Keeps me at the edge of my seat. The good versus bad. As always, protagonist wins. Happy ending. Viewership satiated, Ha ha. Perhaps suggests repression release, Nah
One such movie is Shaft, starring old favorite Samuel Jackson. Didn't know the netflix film is 2019, with a Shaft Junior. More shocking is the ending, for a grandpa Shaft, offered the viewers from whom the Shaft genes originated. Then, one discovers there is this old pop as original, dating back 1971.
Wow, three generations of violent Shafts. Good guys, really, The millennial is tekie, the Gen X ultra keen and Baby Boomer super old school, very reliable, very cool.

I did have an enjoyable time viewing.
We all have our favorites so I cannot fault you into not liking Samuel Jackson. Like Morgan Freeman and Tommy Lee Jones, they are character actors perhaps who are not as versatile in expression, albeit Tommy Lee Jones was convincing as Joker.

Enjoyable. Shaft is a character that could be viewed as a tragic hero. The thing is, he doesn't fall. Ha ha

I gathered that much now, that Shaft was popular back in the good old days. A new image introduced in the 2019 Shaft - that millennial thing. No denying though, the new breed is a chip off the old block,

I am excited for that new Keanu Reeves' John Wick.
Googling for a trailer, I just learned this is a third installment. Now I have to search for the first two installments. Hope it is on netflix.
