1944 - Gary Busey was born. He is an American actor best known for his character roles. He's been in more than 150 films including Lethal Weapon, Predator 2, Point Break, Under Siege, The Firm, Quigley and The Buddy Holly Story for which he was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor and won the National Society of Film Critics Award for Best Actor. He's made guest appearances on TV in Gunsmoke, Walker, Texas Ranger, Law & Order, Scrubs and Entourage.
2003 - Katharine Hepburn passed away. She was born in 1907 and was an American actress. She was a leading lady in Hollywood for more than 60 years. She played everything from screwball comedy to literary drama and won a record 4 Academy Awards for Best Actress. Some of her movies: African Queen, Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?, On Golden Pond, Little Women, The Philadelphia Story, The Lion in Winter, Rooster Cogburn and Pat and Mike.

I like Hug Holiday. Katherine was one of the best actresses of her time. I love to watch her movie still today.
