Its 101 degrees outside!! When it comes to chili, red hot chili pepper sets the bowl on fire!! Hot chili on a hot day!!! The hotter the better!! How hot do u like your food?! How hot Can u stand the Tabasco hot sauce??!!

I eat hot sauce and hot peppers very slowly with three pitchers of ice water!

I have always liked jalapenos, There is a Mexican restaurant near where I live that likes to challenge me with their salsa. I'm friends with the family who owns it. They make a sauce with Habenero Peppers that will set your mouth on fire. I actually like it and they bring me a small dish of it each time I come. It has no cilantro in it which is the way I like it. (I'm one of those who cannot abide by the taste of Cilantro) I heard one of the waitresses mention that they were putting ghost peppers in it to try to push me over the top. They finally succeed one time. I could not eat it. It was just too hot. But that took nearly a year for them to beat me.

@db20747 it was nothing official, just the sons of the owner seeing if they could do it. I knew about it because of a waitress. they did not know that I knew.
