what is the best birthday gift you got so far?

i have got some birthday gifts from my friends, my parents, and other special people in my life. But i don't think i have got that best gift in my life. I was happy when they got presents, but i think its not the best yet, i'm hoping for something good this year when my birthday is coming, and it's everything that i want, i can't tell that in here my friends, but please do wish me lots of luck.

@sophie09 I actually adore anything that I get. So it's hard to pick to be honest. I've had great Michael Jackson merchandise given to me, jewellery, money, clothes, books, movies, I cherish them all.

@sophie09 lol No it is not that we don't make a big deal out of birthdays. Usually, we just go out to dinner my husband and I. and my children may take me out to another meal. I always tell them I have everything I need, I just like their company.

@BelleStarr yeah, as we grow up, present or gift dont matter anymore. i loved it when i got a present when i was 13 or 14. and now when i get older, i dont really care about the form of birthday gift

I have had many wonderful gifts in my life. Right now, I remember a gift from my best friend Dixie. I gave a party and I had just blown a candle on the cake. Dixie had hired her musician daughter with one of her friends (musician too) to give me a serenade. The young women stayed for a long time and we all started to sing old songs. Then the friend went away and Camila stayed and played for the rest of the night while we sang along with her

My best birthday gift was from my parents. It should be some 10 plus years before. I was in a different city for my job training. That was just after my college and got placed in a company. I felt bad about missing my parents, was terribly home sick and the separation was completely new to me.
My birthday fell during my days there. My parents had shipped me a box of cashew sweets plus a dress(that was stitched perfectly) with my mom's saree material.
I fell in love with the gifts. That was my greatest gift from my most lovable parents. :-)

Well what I get is normal presents but I appreciate that because it is a gift and it is given wholeheartedly so I consider that the best.

For me, there's no best gift as far as material things are concerned. During my birthday, the presence of my family, their greetings and a firm hug and a sweet kiss from my wife is the best gift I may. From our Heavenly Father, my new life is the best gift I received from Him.
