You may do exactly as you wish, of course, but if you want to make a blog to sell something it's best to have one blog per niche (you can always link to your other blogs, of course!).
If people come to your blog to read about "Jeweled Collars for Dogs", they are unlikely to want to read about "The Best Way to Feed your Parrot" or "Low Carb Solutions for a Healthy Diet" and if you mixed all those niches together, you'd be more likely to lose your audience quite quickly.

Thank you! That makes sense and you broke it down so simple. I appreciate it I'm going to rethink the whole multiple niche thing.
