Something good. Something wonderful I have done today. I was able to cover a total of 6.71 kilometers of walking. And 555 calories burned by taking 9,515 steps in today's walking exercise. I felt something refreshed and invigorated. What about you, my friend?

@Kanubanu You're still young. But it doesn't matter. You've to exercise. For me, walking is very practical.

That's wonderful. I'm glad it makes you feel refreshed. I don't count steps but I work out regularly.

I don't even count steps. It's the app in my phone. As soon as I start walking, I enable it. When I am done walking, I stop it and get the reading.

Well i can tell you that in in experi experience of been working out and practicing martial art to make execice is very peasant infact it feels really good

Good for you. As for me, I have a bad knee and walking is not an easy thing anymore, I must instead find other ways to get the exercise I need. Still I have a daily step goal of 6500 and come pretty close most days.
