First off realise both young and people can get sick, at any age. I have met children with the same problems as older adults have. So do not let disease sickness and illness trick you into believing you are older then you want to be.
Then Live in the present moment. Focus on the good things in life the simple things. You are never to old to jump rope, play tag, to sing childrens songs, to play video games, or to have fun. :) Focus on having fun living in the moment and enjoying every moment in your life, the secret to youth is laughter. Laugh alot, and Play, it keeps you young and in shape :).

grrrrrrrr. I had more then one browser open. I apologise I just responded in the wrong browser... Yes, I think Nano Technology is awesome! I am fascinated by it. How they can make tiny little functional vehicles and worlds on the strange of an hair! .. It's exciting.... :) ... And I read recently they mad the smallest flag. yet :) - DNatureofDTrain
