I saw this guy in my dream

I came across a man at the bus stop. He gave me a short glance but I kept looking at him not because I was amazed at him but my mind was questioning me where I once met him. I believe I met him once before. I closed my eyes trying to remember but failed. I opened my eyes again in despair. I forgot this guy as the next bus was approaching. I got on the bus and saw the guy still sitting in yhe waiting room. He was waiting for another bus.
On the bus relaxed my mind and suddenly I remembered. Yes! I met him in my dream several times. Who is he actually?

@yanzalong it's not a person,it's a kind of feeling for people that seems to see something or someone in elsewhere,but in reality,they never really see something or someone.In French(language),it called deja vu
