Politicians are good or bad?

Politics is supposed to be the science of exisgencies.Some persons like to talk a lot about politics but they don't want to take active part in it.
Harriat writes-
Politics like a race horse.A good jockey must know how to fall with the least possible damage.
I think politics is a game like gambling.Some politicians win the game and somelose it.
Flattery plays an important role in politics because some people become moneyed to flatter the greater politicians.
I don't say that every political leader is corrupt but most of the leaders are involved in corruption and selfishness.They come and knock at your door after five years and fold their hands before you to get votes only.In their eyes public is only a crowd of voters.
Political leaders go beyond limit to get votes only.

What i have understood is in every election politician create tag line and people believe along with flattery words and yes data manipulation

Are we not ashamed of ourselves? that we cast our votes standing in lines for hours.
They are ready to sell themselves for money and change their parties like clothes for the sake of money only.
