Things may not be good to you yet you need to be strong in order to face the challenges. To begin with, how will you change your thoughts if you feel so down and depress. ??????

Our thoughts are truly something that we should take care of in order to remain positive in life. I have learnt to change my thoughts by training myself to always be mindful. Mindfulness is that act of being in the moment, not over thinking about the past or overanalyzing the future. This way, I am able to recognize what I am thinking of in the present and change them if they are negative thoughts.

You can try to think happy thoughts and go out. Sometimes, we just need a breath of fresh air to feel better again.

Well, to be strong under challenging times is a huge test of character. It is more of a test of determination and perseverance. However, losing heart in such a battle is easy. But keeping faith that something better would come somewhere down the line would keep one going. One thing that can help your thoughts is to more spiritual and trust in the Lord. Slowly during the period, we need to focus on our strengths and weakness. Take one step at a time and then look into improving the strengths. However, when things are bad, we should be slow on such things and be happy things did not turn worse. All of these things will not happen overnight, it is build of things over time. And being down and depressed will not help one to go forward in life. Good luck!
