Exercising in a swimming pool.

I am thinking about getting a swimming pool. I hear that when you exercise in a swimming pool; it will help you loose weight. I have also heard that it will also help if a person has a few other health problems.
The only reason I have not gotten a swimming pool yet is because the price and upkeep of the swimming pool. If I could afford the swimming pool; I would spend hours in the pool.

That's a good idea my friend. While you're planning to have s swimming pool of your own, why not so some brisk walking? It's a good exercise too and it's free.

Have you thought about a gym membership? You won't need to do the upkeep with it and you could get all the exercise you want.

I do not know where the closest gym would be that has a swimming pool.

The closest YMCA to me is at least 50 miles away. Going there is out of the question.

I do know a few people with a swimming pool, but I am not sure if they will let me use it.

I love swimming and went everyday. The pool closed for awhile and now it opened up again.
