So i have been on a cleaning spree lately (more on that later) but during my forray into our attic but what did i discover but a family treasure from years ago!! I found my Pogs!!! so if you don't remember Pogs we're probably most famous in the Mid 90's people would collect them, and then compete in games usually during recess hours during school. Game play was You and you're opponent put down a equal number of pogs face down, you decided whether you we're playing for fun, or playing for keeps. Then you would use you're slammer and throw it at the pogs, any pogs that ended up face up you would win, you would continue untill all the pogs in the stack we're done or till the recess bell . I remember many of fights when people would lose there favorite pogs!! many of these prize pogs in my collection we're pogs i won during games during recess from my friends.

I do! My younger sister and I used to collect them back in the 90s, but we only played for fun, not keeps. We even had pogs with characters on them (I remember having The Lion King, and probably Mighty Morphin Power Rangers pogs lol). I remember having this "Slammer" that had a skull on it. I cannot quite remember what it looks like, just that it was a skull and it was my favorite lol. I'd be thrilled to find them in storage, but I don't know if they made it there or got tossed. I'm glad you found your pogs!

I never heard of the game but it sounds like a game kids would love, you must have been a good player to have won so many.
