The crisis in Venezuela will be discussed outside the official agenda and it is still unknown if President Nicolás Maduro will participate in the assembly.
The foreign ministers of Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Paraguay will officially announce at the UN the sending of a letter to the prosecutor's office of the International Criminal Court requesting the investigation of crimes against humanity committed by the Venezuelan government.
With so many proofs of mistreatment of people, how is not this prisoner?
