Children’s museum of Portsmouth

Since our first full day at Virginia Beach was really hot and the sand would burn really bad we took the kids out to Portsmouth which is just 30 minutes down the road from the beach. They got to play around and explore the museum it’s designed for children to play and explore and learn. Here is one of the picture that took playing in the museum!

I love museums and this one looks especially fun. I think it looks very engaging and more interactive thus attracting more young visitors. Innovative museums scrapes of the stereotype of museums being dull and boring.

It’s made for children it’s not for us adults it’s for the kids to explore things. They had different rooms that the kids can do different things. This room was the bubble room more for the toddlers then my older two.
