I would like to introduce you all to my Precious Lil Bit. She is a sweet little girl ,I still cant believe some one just basically threw her away. She is very small weighs maybe 3 lbs at the most. My oldest son was outside of his apartment about 3 1/2 years ago. He heard a noise and found her huddled up under the stairs just outside his door, he took her inside for a bit . Then put her in his jacket and took her around to each apartment and tried to find her owner. No one would claim her.So he kept her for about a month but she was driving his cat even more crazy then he already was. He called me and asked if my mom and I wanted her . We told him sure . I talk to Bitty Bits all the time,I love her like crazy , she sleeps with me I think of her like family not a pet .Someone missed out on a great girl wen they let her go. Do you treat your pets like family or are they just a pet? I have 3 Chihuahuas and a Brug (Brussels Griffon/Pug) that lives with my husband and son.Tell me about your Furry family.

Aww what a sweet girl you have. Both of our kitties as rescues, thrown into our yard before they were ready to be separated from their mom's. Buttons came to us in 2011, took us a couple months to gain her trust and touch her. Mike was able to get her inside where she's been ever since. Ginger came to us a couple years later. I didn't think I wanted a multi cat house, couldn't imagine not having them both now.

Animals have a way of sneaking into our hearts. My oldest chihuahua came to me by way of my daughter a friend of hers was going to take the poor thing to the shelter ,because now imagine she liked to snuggle too much. I thought that is why we had little dogs in the first place.I changed her name and made sure she knew she was loved. Her name is Kitty..

By ~Jodi~ @jeanena I know what you are saying. My cat Sophie that I have now was left to die at 2 days old and a family found her and kept her for 3 months and then gave her away and I took her. Your poor little one. I understand about the dog driving the cat crazy. If a cat is there first they can be very territorial and not want others in the same home. I am so glad you took her in and you love her.I am so glad you think of her as family. You are right all those that abandon their pets do not know how special the pet is. It is their loss because the dog has a good home and you love her so much. You both are very lucky to have each other. My cat is my family. My Sophie when she wants to be petted jumps up in my lap and may fall asleep in my lap too. I used to have a dog that was part lab and the other part husky and I loved her so much. I used to love to take her with me places and not all the places were thrilled to have her there but I loved her and wanted her with me.
