Why should I exercise?

When we talk about healthy living, we don't just mean eating well, there are other factors that are equally important. We refer to physical activity. Everyone can benefit from physical activity. It is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise prevents health problems, increases strength, increases energy and can help reduce stress. Adding exercise to your routine can have a positive effect on your life. What do you think about this??

I agree after my angioplasty now a simple brisk walk of 5 kilometers makes me very comfortable and gives me a feeling of keeping fit and positive!

Yeah that's true. I also do regular workouts in my room and sometimes if I really have time I go for a jog every morning
