Gluten cookie day!

Today I decided I’m going to back up some refrigerated gluten free cookies that I have for my little Bug. I had a back of chocolate brown chip ones and the chocolate chip so I heated up both and did them in the cupcake molds so they would be softer on the inside also I could fill his cookie container for him. A lot of gluten free stuff doesn’t release or have a box so I have containers for them.
They look yummy!

@Hannihar we get cookies and stuff once a week and he eats maybe one or two a day as like a dessert. He doesn’t get them every day.

I hope your little fella enjoys them. I made GF lemon cookies recently that were okay, but still a little mealy tasting.

I haven done lemon ones yet. Some times I have a hard time fixing mixes for him so I have to do them buy hand and then it’s trial by error. Sugar cookies where interesting this year for Christmas

@ShyBear88 Yeah, I haven't found many box mixes that are very good so far. I do like the box bread and pizza dough mix from King Arthur. It's really easy even without a bread maker. And I found a really good GF brownie recipe that's very easy. If you want, I can PM the recipe to you.

@1creekgirl we buy a lot of King Arthur mixes. My little guy tends to like them. He isn’t very picky.
