Chopped lettuce

Yum yum! Some chopped cup fresh lettuce to use this week. We picked up a few days ago and I cleaned it today and cut it up because my daughter M wanted some for lunch. I chopped it up for her of course she complained I was being to slow so she got a look from me for that comment. I think it might go really well with dinner tonight.
