Working out and motivation

Hello everyone! I was here just thinking about all the plans I make to work out and never stick to them. Like everybody, I know exercising is very important due our health. Besides, who doesn't like to look a little more attractive, have a few more muscles? :-) Truth is that I started lots of programs in gyms and even in a Crossfit box but gave all of them up. I like exercises, I know they are important, but there are so many things which happen in our lives... and sometimes we choose the other way round. I am writing all that because I know I have to go back to the gym and stick to my plan. We do need to dedicate time to ourselves and to feeling well. How do you feel about all that? Do you really follow your exercise plan? Do you really believe that after some time we get really addicted to exercises and they will be part of our lives no matter what?

@RenataR I know what you are saying. I put off losing weight for many years and then it just started and have done some walking this summer and exercise three times a day. I hated being fat and really want to keep the weight off this time. I have been doing this for two or three years now.

Hi Chrstina! Your sister did lose a significant amount of weight. She deserves to be congratulated. I think kick boxing is really interesting. I am really serious about starting and exercise program here.

That's absolutely true. I've worked out regularly for a long time and I feel the benefit of exercing: we still look young despite our age and seldom fall ill. At least that's what I noticed.

I try to do exercises daily excluding those tough days. It helps us to stay fit and fine.

You are right, Debjani. And I guess that, even though being fit is nice, being fine and healthy is the ultimate goal.
