Even the native americans immigrated into North America they just got here before the rest of the us.

In each and country there are regulations to control the influx of outsiders to protect the citizens from the loss of earning opportunities and to provide good living. In the world there are few civilizations like Indus and in general the countries of these days are made up of Immigrats in one form or the other.

no we ARE ALL immigrant only the natives (native american), not indians from india, they are the only ones that are really from here

Yes, I would say that we all are. As I have responded with in other posts, the indigenous (native Americans) were in the United States first. We came and killed them all off before reclaiming the country. I don't think that it is fair for us, European-Americans, to judge those coming into this country as "illegal" at all. We need to remember where we all came from, too.
