Sitting in front of the computer for more than 5 straight hours and now my neck and shoulder is paining...the work has not been completed so i cant leave the computer right now... having small breaks in between the work so that i wont feel exhausted... but this pain is really irritating... think i need to take a hot water bath so that the pain may reduce.

Hot water bath is a good idea.... but I would suggest taking breaks in between...

I think you need to consider the 'Proper Body Mechanics.' It is also a good thing that you took a break in sitting for long hours. It might cause 'low back pain.'
