Day 29 Revelation 16 Revelation 16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. 2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image. 3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea. 4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. 6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. 7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments. 8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. 9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory. 10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, 11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds. 12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. How many times have things happened in succession and it leaves you wondering what will happen next? Most often it’s bad news and catastrophes which disable you causes you to look for solutions. God sent the seven angels out to pour out His wrath in quick succession on the earth, seas, rivers, sun, darkness, and the river Euphrates. War was imminent and those who would fight needed a way to get to the battle. God prepared the way after inflicting His wrath on all those who worshiped the beast and rejected Jesus, His Son. Only one last angel was left to pour out his vial. Oftentimes when things happen in quick succession, we don’t want to know what will happen next. Fear engulfs the mind and body with the worst that could happen. Despite the plagues the angels poured out, people did not repent of their ways, but continued in their blasphemy. God gave them every chance to turn from their wickedness and they would not. Now, before the Tribulation begins, before God pours His wrath on those left behind after the rapture of the saints, there is time to accept Jesus as Savior and Lord. Isaiah 49:8 Thus saith the LORD, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages; 9 That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Show yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places. 10 They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he who hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them. 11 And I will make all my mountains a way, and my highways shall be exalted. 12 Behold, these shall come from far: and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim. 2 Corinthians 6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain. 2 (For he said, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succored thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.) God doesn’t want anyone to perish, go to Hell, but accept Him and the salvation He provided through His Son, Jesus. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (KJV) What are you waiting for? There will be a day when it will be too late. Let’s pray: Father, thank you for Your salvation which is for all people, not only me. Bring salvation to the nations before it’s too late. Help me be a laborer in the harvest field. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. Copyright © 27 July 2019 by Valerie Routhieaux Image courtesy of Pixabay

Yes, it hurts. Pray for my children to come back to the Father and His Son, Jesus. They're all backslid. Have a blessed day.

Wherever you go you always encounter peoples who are not pleased. And also to those who are hard-headed. In spite of the greatest experience they have had in their lives, they're still doing bad things. What do we call that attitude?

If people don't want something, you can't persuade them otherwise. Have a blessed day.
