Are you short tempered....???

When I was a kid,I remember I used to be very short tempered. It seems, I could get angry on every single thing that doesn't go my way. I used to say things that I always regret later on..... But I then started to realise that the scar caused due to anger always remained....even after my enormous apologies. Now, I think it's better to control and calm yourself down than seeking apologies for the wrong things said in heat of moment. This is what I learned during the course of time.... This whole thing came to my head because my brother made me remember my crazy side

Right now, I’m so difficult. Meaning every little thing makes me mad, that sometimes we end up fighting because of my difficulty.

No, I'm not. But I believe that there must a reason why people become short tempered.

There are various reasons to that.... But anger management should be given a serious thought always

You are absolutely correct the scars caused by our outbursts are difficult if not impossible to overcome. I too have had a tendency to flashes of anger where my brain is no longer engaged. I regret every one of those. And it has cost me some friends i would rather have kept. But, I have mellowed a lot as I've gotten older.

This is my weakness. But i try to avoid this at home because i dont like my husband and i to fight. We have small arguments but they seldom happen.
