Don't know how to quite explain this situation!! But there are many unusual things one can run across riding the public buses!! There are many things that have been sold on buses and as u walk along the streets!!! But this is a first or maybe U have seen this as well!! One man came and had several of his wares on his back!! Holding up a box , Looking around asked, "" Any of U gentleman use Viagra??!!"" Now not sure what was really in that box, but not sure if anyone should buy this from a bus seller??!! Even if you get a good deal and a big discount!! The question here is have U seen anyone selling anything unusual on the streets or buses or trains??!! Some one was even selling iguanas and another turtles!

I saw people selling stuff in trains in Mexico. It's not allowed in Germany and it doesn't happen.

A common practice in India. Sellers mostly offer bottles of cold water, packed snacks like roasted peanuts, chana daal, wafers. I am not sure if it's legal. But police ignore it as these people are mostly from a very poor background.

@db20747 It's only applicable to buses that travel to the provinces so that the passengers don't get hungry and bored I guess. But I like everything they sell.

All the time. You never know what someone will be selling. Have seen it even door to door from time to time and it makes you wonder.

Before I come to the part of sales....wth was he even selling at first place ....stupidity to sell in a public bus no matter if discounted I wouldn't buy cause of distrust to its authenticity and to discourage such illegal act. So even if they sell, official(usually cops) charge you a fine plus some settlement costs which always is a bribe by hook or crook.

Yeah, sure hopes he doesn't get a fine and goes someplace else!! And sells the correct way!! And finds other things to sell!! Not on the buses!!

My first though when reading your title and the picture is asking whether we should buy a bus. However, when read across your story then I know I was wrong. It is weird to sell something like Viagra and rare animal in the bus. I have not see it in my country yet but interesting this exist as this is their way of living. Yet, better than stealing from others.
