A couple of chores down, ouch my hand...

Thankfully, it's my left and and not my right (dominant) hand, but it still hurts... This morning when I was getting breakfast I was microwaving some coffee, and when I went to get it out, I guess I was holding the cup wrong because it tipped and spilled all down the thumb side of my hand....ow ow OW..... I walked Angel, then as far as the chores went I went down the west side of the house to try to get a handle on the black berries growing over there. Thankfully, they hadn't gotten too too big since the last time I cut them, but I took the Spectracide with me to spray on them once I'd cut them to the ground. At one point I looked down at my left hand, and a blackberry thorn had gotten me, and was bleeding where it had--of course, right in the area where I'd gotten burned by the coffee. Oh, well. I don't like to wear gloves because I feel like it restricts the movement of my fingers, plus I can't feel what I'm doing. Weird, I know, but it's me. So, after stopping to say hello, I'm going to go and do a bit on the "project" for today (new month, so I had to re-write what days I work on what project) and today is Rocks, so I'll be doing that. In the meantime, this is a post that's not just "good Morning" or "Good Night", so I got that accomplished ! Hope your day/evening/etc. is going well in your part of myLot land !
