This was the worst advice a lady in a Magazine said she ever got!! This doesn't seem to make sense!! Does this make sense to you??!! Can U think of a piece of advice U got that made no sense at all to you??!!

If taken literally, I get what you are saying. My guess is though, the "advice" was actually given sarcastically, and that the lady for some reason just didn't grasp it as sarcasm. As for advice I've been given that made no sense, I can't really think of any right off.
