Who all are failing to shed your weight

I am 100kg constantly failing to reduce my weight, sometimes i just quit eating for a week and lose 2 kg, but in later i again fell into my eating habit and lose control over food, whats your experience?

Same here. There are days when I'm.regular with my exercise amd lose weight. As soon as I stop working out I put on weight immediately

Same here, i put on weight so easily. Its very sad that we have to always control our living to look better

I work in a hotel so that its very difficult to do diets i think i have to workout like 3 hours, heavy lifting or something

Oh... Take fasts between the days. Like 1 day eat good and 1 days fast completely
