Gluten free pancakes!

This morning my little guy or little bug as I call him. He wanted pancakes. I didn’t have any frozen already from the store which means I had to make a box set for him. Making gluten free pancakes can be hard because you have to wait them carefully or they burn.
Today I was on it like no other. Perfectly browned tops. I put one eggs in, milk till it was thin enough. I add milk slowly since it’s just him eating it. I eye the mix. Whatever he doesn’t eat I store and he’ll eat them from breakfast or a snack through the next two or three days so they don’t go to waste.
They look really yummy! This won’t make him have a reaction. He does have an egg allergy but the one doesn’t make him reacted when it’s backed into things so pancakes are prefect for him.
Thanks @allknowing for the suggestion to post about them.

He does, some times he’ll ask for syrup but for the most part like this. Some times he’ll ask for chocolate syrup and I’ll put a little on top for him.

I have never had gluten free pancakes. What do they taste like?

It’s hard to explain they don’t taste like regular pancakes. It’s not bad it’s just a different texture.

When I have had regular ones I loved them with chocolate chips and butter and syrup.
