Hope your headache went away and stays away. Hope your day went well. As for me, I will try to go shopping now and hope to get home before dark. Tonight's dinner is simple oatmeal...don't feel like cooking so it's just oatmeal with walnuts, sprinkle of wheat germ, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, raisins, teaspoon honey and swirl of sugar free pancake syrup. Adding shredded coconut too oatmeal to top it off.

It was okay. This morning I decided to eat khalua pig and rice with some fresh and pickled veggies. Khalua pig is Hawaiian for pulled pork that's smoked flavor.
