having a blond'ie moment

so, i am playing this online game called 'ROK" and i made friends from my allies in that game who came from different countries, and one of them which is from texas had this expression that she's having a "blond'ie moment". then i ask her what does it mean, and she explain it but still i do not get it... Does anyone here knows the meaning of it? that your having a blondie moment thing?

Not sure but there are those that think blondes are dumb so maybe that is what they mean by it. They are feeling dumb or stupid in the moment. I have never heard that expression but I have heard how some people think blondes are dumb.

oh really, is that it? i am from asia and we had black hairs here, i when we saw blonde hairs we thought it is cool, some of us had dye their hairs to blond... So i think it's not a good expression after all, we might hurt blondes unintentional...thanks

I am not saying that myself. That is an expression that has been said. Many blondes are very smart. I know are those that like to be blonde because they feel blondes have more fun. That is not me talking. That is also an expression that I have heard.
