Finally home...

It's 7:01 p.m. as I type this. I was actually home around six-but I had to walk the dog, of course. I got off work a little before five. I went to wait for the bus, and after fifteen or twenty minutes was ready to call a Lyft when I saw the bus coming. So, I took it home--well, at least, to the shopping center where I usually catch the last bus home. I looked at the clock-thingy they have there and the bus supposedly wasn't going to come for another 26 minutes, and I knew I could walk home in that time or less, so I started walking. Of course, I was several yards away from the bus stop when -- here comes the bus -- but I wasn't about to run back to the bus stop to catch it by that time. So, I walked home, Angel was super happy to see me, I walked her, fed her, and now I'm here. I have to figure out later what to feed myself. I ate a protein bar while sitting here, but I want something a little more substantial. Even though I only worked Friday, I feel like I've worked all week ! I need to find myself something to eat now. I hope that you've all had a great day/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land !
