My Doctor is Up Too Early

United States

My doctor seems to be up way too early this morning. I do like that she sends me information that she thinks I might enjoy or find useful. Today she sent me an article to read and suggested that I may want to try this for a couple of weeks and see how my body tolerates it. I suppose the wise thing to do is follow her advice.
Feeling sluggish? A 3-day fast could be just what you need to reset and boost your immune system.

My doctor never sent me stuff like that. You two must be very special. I guess it is safe for you because she knows your condition. Most people should not do this without asking a doctor first.

I totally agree. I would hate it if we had to move or if she retires.

She is amazing and she really cares. I also love it when she really doesn't know what the answer is she says so and then does the research.

Interesting! What is the longest you have tried to fast? Years ago, I would go 24 hours without eating once a week. I did that for a while. Once I went two days but got very hungry and ate.
