New Neighbors One by One

Most of the new homes have been built behind ours where the dairy farm used to be.
Now I see new neighbors moving in all the time. One family at a time.
Life is all about change. Maybe I will meet some of the new residents on one of my walks eventually.
Do you know your neighbors?

@CarolDM A lot here is the distance between houses. Also a couple of areas the houses go up for sale every few years. People think they want the peace and quiet of the country until they are snowed in for a few days

we love our neighbors on both sides and across the street!
New can be fun just sad to see Narnia slowly disappear!

I hope you'll meet some new neighbors who will become friends. We live in the country and know most of our neighbors...related to many of them!

Houses are really spread apart out here. We know the two neighbors across the street and two families to the right of us. The rest are too far away.

Since I moved back home some 20 years ago I got to familiarize myself with new faces as they have been new generation. I only know their parents and grandparents. They stay in the houses used to be occupied by their parents. Summing it up I know the family but have to be reintroduced to the newer addition of the original family.

Here in the village we all know each other, but we are not close to everyone.
