Yay! I was a smart momma and I saved up and cashed out early as I could to get some target gift cards. I had $13 in gift card I used just under $10 to get some more school supplies. Indoor my husbands I’ll get the last of it next weekend since the last of it is glue, baby wipes, note cards, 2 dry erase markers and gallon bags. Most of that is super easy to get. I think it was a good idea to break it up and buy so many each week. Not breaking the bank all in one go. I’m so happy I almost have all of there stuff. I need to get them new back packs but it can hold off till after school starts if I can’t get them by the end of next week. There old ones should hold up for a little bit. They just need a bigger size this year.

I am sure the old ones can hold up until sales hit. I used to buy most of my kids' back to school clothes after school started. Smart shopping.

They have there old back packs they will hold up for a while. We don’t need to show for the younger one since ehe is at home still. Or I could split and buy one and the buy the other later. I’ll just have to wait and see when Friday gets here. Yes I like choosing to be the smart shopper

That is great! I have a tendency to buy food ahead so my freezer is now stocked, nearly, for back-to-school (no kids here, just me the teacher).

I’m sure being solo makes it easier to pick what you buy and when.
