The Ultimate Salami Sandwich

Just like Mike Fisher in the highlighted video, I have to have lettuce with my salami sandwich.
I, however, have to use a good loaf of Italian bread. Tomatoes are optional. I do not use mayonnaise.
The cheese? I prefer mozzarella.
What is your take on this recipe?
Personally, salami sandwiches are not new to me. Maybe not for you United States citizens either. But, what about some of you international myLotters?

All of you are giving me tips. Personally, I do not use mustard or mayo very much. Maybe I should.
