Meeting an old friend for lunch!

One of my former students and then former colleagues moved to Canada last year. She is back in town visiting her family and friends so we are meeting for lunch! I enjoy getting together with people like this if I know them well, and I will enjoy this very much. When I don't know the people so well, I often feel awkward and not too sure what to talk about, so it helps to have a few other people along. But in this case we will probably talk all day or at least till they kick us out of the restaurant at 2:00 (the time they close after lunch to prepare for supper.) Indian food, old friend, what's not to like? Gotta get moving to my meeting point!
