R Kelly no-shows court appearance

Singer R Kelly was supposed to appear in court today but didn't because he didn't want to. Kelly is in prison at Chicago's Metropolitan Corrections Center and it was the job of the US Marshalls to bring him to court. Wait a minute! Who has the guns here?
