I was watching a star trek series and it was in the middle of that stopped. I thought it was just internet but even the dial tone was gone. I tried to just change the telephone line but didn't work. No choice to call their services again and I was right, they missed it up while fixing some one's else's. And I was bathing the dogs when he came in lol.
