We all loved the movie. It was an entertainer and really made us feel proud as an Indian. It was based on true incident but dramatized for entertainment.
My daughters loved it. So it was an evening well spent with family. They even enjoyed their pasta for dinner. Husband and I wanted to have a light dinner after some popcorn. So we fixed ourselves some cucumber sandwich once we were back.
Now I am in pyjamas watching some news. Kids are fast asleep. I will sit for a while and mylot before hitting the pillow.
Tomorrow will be another day packed with chores. Called my household help and she still has high fever. I will wait for tomorrow and then visit her on Monday to check if she needs help with taking her to doctor. I am worried for her as there are so many dengue cases in the area where she lives.
Hope there is not any such thing.
So my day has been a tiring one with too many cleaning and chores and a wonderful movie at end.
Hope you all are having a good time.

@arunima25 No, don't! I'm the same way, and it's the best way to live. My kids are grown, so it's much easier now.

@DianneN Yes. I can not live in a messy house. So I can not help it.

I know. I always have these chores. I have to get over this obsession with cleanliness.

What you said about dramatised is true, but we cant expect Christopher Nolan style Interstellar type movie yet from Indian filmmakers.
Also, they had targeted 15th August release and they wanted to cash on by making a feel good movie and not a typical sci-fi one.
The best thing about movie is it never promised what it cannot deliver in its trailer.

Yes. Such movies that are made in Hollywood might not go well with masses here. Emotions and drama work here and so it is more of demand and supply thing working here.
I found the movie good. My daughters loved it.

Was this "Mission Mangal". The promos make the movie look good but a person told me that this movie showcases one community in some bad light and glorifies another!!
Well I hope that such things do not become a norm.

No way. Even I got that message. And trust me I didn't find anything like that. Now a days with all social media and forwards, everything soon changes into a propaganda.
