Do you drink?

It's one of the questions that i always had.
I could not figure out why people drink alcoholic drinks as it does not even taste good on the first place.
I rarely drink and I only do it socially and i don't enjoy the taste.
And i think drinking does not even do any good to out body.
Do you also drink?
Why do you think people drink?

No I do not drink. I am not a fan. I have drank, but not interested..

same. i tried, but couldn't like the taste. then one time, it made me itch all over.

If you don't like the taste, then do not drink it. You shouldn't drink, even i it is out of social kindness.
I drink on occasion, but I like the taste of the things i drink. Not everything tastes good, and if it doesn't, I don't drink it.
As for it being unhealthy, yes it is.
People drink for lots of reasons. To forget, to be happy, to let loose, to relax. They drink because their friends are drinking (peer pressure)... They drink to celebrate.

I rarely drink but I could easily drink on a regular basis but don't drink as I don't think it a healthy thing to do. I think people drink because it can easily become an addiction.
