Monday of Consultation with the Pediatrician.

Today I prepared to go with my little Alessandro, 3 months old, to his routine consultation with his pediatrician, currently weighs almost 7 kilograms, size 75 cm, and found everything well, soo told me that I should not give him so many arms since I was getting used to it and she cries a lot when I leave it. In her crib to be able to do my routine things, she told me: Your baby is not going to die for crying! "They know that with their cry they manage to put the moms in a situation that stresses until we decide to give them what they want. Those who have small children (or big ones too, because one day they were small) could you tell me if it's okay for such a small baby to cry so much to give him arms? I always make sure that it is dry, clean, full, without hunger and has no gas, so do you think that a 3 month old baby already knows how to manipulate me? Photo: He is my little Alessandro Gabrielle.

He is a very beautiful baby boy! Sometimes a good cry is good for them, but I just couldn’t let my baby boys cry for long.

@YuleimaVzla Babies cry for different reasons, and once you figure it out, they cry for other reasons.

@DianneN If correct, it is necessary to know how to distinguish from a pain or colic, than from a less aggressive cry like the cry of being pampered and wanting arms.

Thanks friend, yes, he is my chubby. And I know, I'm very sorry to let him cry with his faces convinces me, but I know it's for his well-being.

He's beautiful. I would put a time limit on the crying. Maybe start out at 30 minutes or 20 minutes. After that time, if still crying go get him. You can reduce the time as days go by. Go down five minutes at a time. After a week of 20 minutes go to 15 minutes. Personally, I don't think a 3-month-old is manipulating you. And babies need love. They need you for that and holding them provides that love and comfort. Hope that helps.

Awnnn! If I love him so much, sometimes I have trouble letting him cry but I want him to be independent, that's good to leave him gradually abandoned, thanks.

@YuleimaVzla Good luck with it. It gets easier as they get older. I lived through 3 little girls, the last two being twins. I had to get used to this. Can't always get two little ones out at the same time to comfort them.

babies learn fast how to control their parents - it is quite healthy and shows your boy is very intelligent

Too smart for my liking hahaha just watch who is around him and cry, if he thinks he is alone then he does not do it but looks with his head who is around

Yes, I think everyone cries at the pediatrician, but the doctor realized that while I was carrying him in my arms he was comforted and when they laid him down to examine him, it just seemed that the stretcher had spikes.

For me, yes, it's okay for them to cry, its part of their growing, good for their lungs, as long as not too much crying.

That's right, that's what I think, but it's sad to see a baby cry.
