Body Clock Period

Have you found that your brain usually tells you to go to bed at 10pm or 11pm?
Mine is unusual...
My brain tells me to go to sleep at 11pm or later in a period.
Then later days, it tells me to go to bed before 10pm in the next period.
Again, it tells me at 11pm or so.
And back, before 10pm.
This is a mysterious power to push me to do so.
For a few years, I think.
I didn't even notice this body clock until I went to college.
At those days, I doubted whether I was so tired due to the club activities.
But no, sometimes I still early went to bed before 10pm even just 2 lessons a day!
So strange.
Thus I concluded my body clock period like this.
Recently, I go to bed early before 10pm.
When at 8, "I need to go to bed" starts filling with my brain!
Unbelievable, but that's truth.
Have anyone happened this?
Or some have a good habit of going to bed early?

When I was young I always went to bed at 8 and sleep at 9 and then I would wake up at 8 in the morning. As I got older though I noticed that I would sleep late and get up early.

@Behindtheguitarbar Utnil I was in my early 20s my sleeping habit was really early. Not talking about when I was a kid, I said when I was young.

Actually my body lets me know when it is time to go to bed. I have no idea when it happened that I cannot stay up late and have to go to bed because I have to get up early.

My sleep patterns have been messed up for a long time. For those that don't have messed up sleep patterns I'd say they are fortunate.

you could try to build up your sleep pattern! It's good for your health.
