Yet again I have received this new so called policy updates from Paypal which I've ignored for the last few ocassions, except today.
Not sure if any body is affected by this change? what do you think?
I wonder if it's good or bad for us.

I received an email from PayPal about this new policy last week and as always I didn't bother to read it.

Hello @toniganzon So it's nothing serious? I guess it only applies to those who buys and sells stuff online or those who withdrew money from bank.

I think it's more on the payment online using paypal, is it the one? I received email but have yet to read the contents.
